Stanley House – Sleeps 26
The large and welcoming house lends itself brilliantly to gatherings of friends and family for special occasions and celebrations.
Sleeping up to 26 in 12 spacious en-suite rooms, Stanley House can be booked exclusively for large group celebrations.
Stanley House is owned by our neighbouring pub and a package to include pre-activity breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals can be arranged.

Eskdale YHA – Sleeps 50+
Set in 15 acres of private grounds, the hostel is on the doorstep of the highest and most challenging Lakeland peaks.
YHA Eskdale has a full catering service we also provide a fully equipped self-catering kitchen.
There are 47 beds across 10 bedrooms. Private rooms are available for families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms with double bed can sleep families of five. Dormitory beds are also available for individual travellers. Most of the rooms have fabulous views across the surrounding fields and mountains.

Old Boot School Bunk House – Sleeps 24
Bunk House Self-Catered - Ideal for larger groups.
The Old School House in Boot is bunk accommodation with a large dining area, ample wash room facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. It is a great base for groups and sleeps up to 24 in two separate dorms. There is a garden area which is a great space for barbeques. The accommodation is within a mile of three great pubs.

Irton Hall – Multiple self-catered lets sleeping up to 30+
Irton Hall is a great location for outdoor activities, it is a large hotel with an additional 7 self-catering lets in its beautiful historic building. The grounds can cater for team building activities and it is in close proximity to all of our water activities.

Esk View – Sleeps 16
Esk View is ideal for large groups, providing self-catering holiday accommodation for groups of up to 16 people. This spacious house stands alone in an area of stunning scenery, with exceptional views of the Lake District fells.

The Old School House - Sleeps 18
Located 11 miles from West Lakes Adventure at Muncaster, The Old School House sleeps 18 people in 10 comfortable bedrooms, with bags of space to socialise together and also to spread out and find a quiet spot.
